What Do I Do Best?

  1. I want to remove the complexity out of your SAP system and identify your real Supply Chain and  S&OP issues. I don’t need to change your systems configuration. I don’t need to add more fancy tools.
  2. I start by looking at the big picture with you. Get your best executives and Subject Matter Experts in a room and let me facilitate to take a good honest look at your Supply Chain. How does Sales integrates with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Materials Management, and Warehousing and of course Finance?  You don’t need details right now. Identify the biggest bottlenecks, pain points and integration issues in the process. Let them all duke it out. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at what comes out and how it can create a first-rate team effort.
  3. I also review the SAP Supply Chain transactions and Standard Data reports you use. I want to simplify your KPI’s and Data extraction not complicate it. SAP offers incredible standard tools that many companies only scratch the surface of.
  4. I also believe in continuous and proactive improvement so I will help you set up a Supply Chain Monitoring system from standard transactions. This system reports on monthly KPI’s and provides a disciplined real time information feed across the Supply Chain.
  5. Finally we should take a look at your RACI chart. RACI charts clearly describe who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed. Mapping out process flows or extracting data is the easy part, the hard part is finding out if the right people are in the right positions and dong the right things.
